Datsun Go Plus, would be the second initiative by Datsun,
the completely owned subsidiary of Japanese car maker Nissan in Indian car
market after Datsun Go hatchback. The MPV is based on the same platform on
which Go hatchback has been developed. The MPV is speculated to make its debut
in Indian car market sometimes in the beginning of next year, but has got huge
attention prior to its launch. Going through the positive response received
from Indian buyers for Go hatchback (although the hatchback failed in global
NCAP test) it is expected that MPV will receive the same treatment when it will
be launched in Indian car market. It is also speculated that the MPV will
succeed in overcoming the issues that affected the image of Go hatchback.
To begin with the New Datsun Go Plus would embellish the same 1.2 litre petrol
engine that is offered in Go hatchback. The engine would have displacement
capacity of 1198cc and would generate the power of 67 bhp and torque of 104 Nm.
The engine will sport five speed manual gearbox and is expected to deliver the
fuel efficient performance of 20 kmpl, which would be something an amazing gift

believe that it would be priced falling between Rs. 5 lakh to Rs. 6 lakh

the top speed varying between 140 to 160 kmph. With this impressive speed

platform but still it differs from it to great extent. The front fascia bestows
